Pennington Flash, Original Painting

Inspiration.

I loved my visit to Pennington Flash.  What a gem of a place.  Lilydog and I have enjoyed lovely walks around the lake and through the woods.  These little viewing points dotted around the lake transformed  the view into little framed pictures.

The painting is varnished for protection with a low sheen varnish.

The paint on this picture is built up in layers. It has a slight metallic finish in places which unfortunately doesn't show up very well in the photos.
